Duties may Include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, meeting the quality standards that Edward's Stone is known for.
Utilize and continually develop your leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
Plan and schedule project timelines effectively, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Assemble and coordinate project staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Provide regular project updates to clients, maintaining transparency and trust.
Monitor job progress, implementing changes in orders as needed to keep projects on track.
Experience:
Proven track record of successful project management.
2+ years of construction experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
